Quantum Mind Power – A Brief Overview
August 29, 2009 | 2 Comments
Quantum Mind Power, what the heck is “QMP with The Morry Method”, you may ask? I mean you might have noticed these three words being mentioned on this blog, don’t you? But what that really is?
Well, let me first explain what is Quantum Mind. Quantum mind is a set of theories that explain how reality or creation in the physical world is formed. It is also based on the studies of quantum physics, which explains how everything in the universe comes into place. Quantum physics is also known as the studies of the small tiny thing known as quanta. So when we talk about this we are heading into the energy world where everything is at possibility.
In order to fully understand the workings of the mind and consciousness, a more complicated science known as quantum mechanics must be brought into discussion. However, I think that is not necessary for our basic discussion here and I must admit that, I’m no authority when dealing with this stuff. But, you can learn more by reading the articles below (but please finish this article first before jumping over there):
Quantum Mind Power
Quantum Mind Power is a new method in brainwave entrainment technology that helps eliminate emotional problems, particular stress and anxiety. It basically brings your consciousness to the next level and deals with the root of the problem there, which is always seated in your subconscious mind. The best thing about this is people without meditation background or is a novice in the practice of meditation has found out that it works without much effort.
The Morry Method works in such way where it controls the different states of the brains with the different beats and base tones that technologically embed in the entrainment recordings. By the way, it also uses the technology of isochronic and monaural which is the most advanced at least now in the brainwave entrainment industry. The former type that is not as effective as this is known as the binaural beat.
Brainwave entrainment originates form a term that found in physics which means “any practice that aims to cause the brainwave frequency to fall into step with a periodic stimulus having a frequency corresponding to the intended brain-state.” In short, it works as a ‘tuning fork’ that tunes or leads your brainwave or consciousness to fall into the desired state. For example, you can go into the alpha state if you want to deals with your subconscious programming errors.
Quantum Mind Power with the Morry Method is a revolutionary brainwave entrainment audio system that provides a much better results (according to feed backs from previous users). The system consists of powerful recordings that train your brain to fall into the desired state and which, with enough practice, you will be able to do that without even listening to it. This might sounds weird or seems impossible but mind you, science has proven that it can. It fact, it could help you to achieve that much faster than traditional meditation which takes years or even decades.
Quantum Mind Power can help user to:
- achieve a deeper state of meditation
- quite the noise that disturbs you all the time and boast up your confidence
- improve your sex drive
- overcome stress, anxiety and depression
However, quantum mind power is not a magic pill that can deal with your problem instantly. Instead, it works more as a mental fitness program that trains your muscle mind to be stronger and greater. For even more info, you can read my critical review here, specially prepared by me after two years of experiencing with it.

Brainwave Patterns
The brain is made up of approximately 100 billion nerve cells called neurons which communicate with each other twenty-four hours a day using electrical signals. The combination of millions of these neurons sending electrical signals at once produces an enormous of electrical activity in the brain and these electrical discharges can be detected by using EEG technology (Electroencephalography). EEG records this electrical activity as ‘Brain Wave Patterns’ – because of its “wave” and cyclic-like nature.
The presence of these electrical discharges indicates the different states, particular your mental state at a certain time. However, these patterns are not random; they are closely correlated with your emotions, your thoughts, your state of being, and every function of the various systems of your body. In short, the entire quality of your life has something to do with these patterns. It also means that what you do to yourself can influences your brain wave patterns. It’s like a meter that displays the state of your consciousness.
Brainwave patterns can be categorized into four main groups according to the frequency (Hz) range that they are in.
Brainwave Range
- Beta (13 Hz – 30 Hz) – The normal state of wakeful consciousness; the state you are now while reading this report. High level of Beta is associated with alertness but it could also be linked to anxiety, uneasiness, stress and panic. At the higher end of beta, at around 38 Hz – 70 Hz, the brain will fall into the Gamma.
- Alpha (8 Hz – 12 Hz) – This is a state of relaxation and self relief. Hypnosis, autosuggestion is done at this level. This state is also known as ‘Accelerated Learning State’ because the brain seems more to be receptive and open to new information, particular suggestion. You normally experience alpha just after you awake and before falling into sleep. It’s the door to the unconscious.
- Theta (3 Hz – 8 Hz) – A deep state of relaxation. Dreams (REM Sleep) and deep meditations are often associated with theta. Access to the unconscious mind.
- Delta (0.5 Hz – 3 Hz) – Dreamless or Non-REM sleep. A state of trance and loss of body awareness. Maintaining awareness during theta could enable one to access to the unconscious and super-conscious mind (exp. people like Yogis and Zen monks who have practiced meditation for decades and attained higher consciousness).
We spend some amount of time in each brain state everyday; it is part of life cycle and most likely the state changes according to the activity that we are engaged in. Either it goes up or down.
If you have glanced through the list above carefully, you would have noticed that each brain state plays a different role in maintaining life’s vitality such as relaxation and self-relief, accelerated learning, accessing the unconscious and etc.
Now here’s the ULTIMATE question: what if there’s a possibility that we can train or induce our brain to go into the different brain states at will (anytime) and utilize the power of the brain state possesses?
For example; by inducing your brain into alpha, you can reprogram your subconscious with new beliefs that serve you and drop those that limit you. And in case that if you are not aware, the biggest obstruction that most people face in ‘self-development’ is having to change the past limiting beliefs. They either do not know how to do it or not knowing that beliefs are held in the subconscious, and again, which could be done in alpha; the path that connects the conscious to the subconscious.
Besides, by tapping into the power of the various state of consciousness, you could easily replicate the mind of a genius; think about Einstein’s or Mozart’s.

Tapping Into The Power of Your Subconscious

Quantum Mind Power Method
There are lots of books and materials written on the subject of the power of your subconscious mind. The subconscious as in most success books and literatures, is said to hold the key to your successes and failures. Every opportunity and disaster that you encounter in life is predetermined by your subconscious. In fact, more than 95% of your behaviors are not conscious, they are the results of the influences your subconscious has over you.
You can only consciously direct your life and action at about only 5% of most of the time, everything else is on autopilot. So if you can find a way to influence or make your subconscious mind to work with you instead of against you, you can pretty much do anything that you desire. The subconscious is unstoppable once you get it right, and mastering this mind equals to mastering your life.
You can put it this way, the real muscle behind your mind is the subconscious and it exerts its controls over every aspect of your life, be it physical and mental. Just like the director of a film, the subconscious mind is always working behind the scene, directing your thought and actions in the way that it wants you to go. Your subconscious is the real driver behind the vehicle of your human vessel and it always goes to the destination that it thinks you want to go and mind you, obviously it may not be your real goal.
Now can you understand why you always cannot do the things that you want or achieving the goal of your life? Are you sabotaging your life?
That’s the reason why.
Now, how can you reach to the deepest level of your subconscious so that you can have influence over it? In case if you are not aware, the subconscious stays in the alpha; the consciousness where you are in at your most relax state. You normally reach this state as soon as you wake up in the morning or just before you fall into sleep at night – it is just the time before you are 100 percent conscious.
One way to connect to you to the alpha is through brainwave entrainment program. It tunes your brain into this level of consciousness without any force and effort. Just put on the headphones and you are on your way. By the way, you can also do it without such program because meditation alone is sufficient.
However, most people who are just into the practice of meditation have one common problem; they have this ‘restless noise’ playing in their mind in loop. In such case, entering the alpha is not possible because when the mind is not quite, the subconscious will not emerge. That’s why there is a saying, “When the conscious retires, the subconscious roams the world!”
Breakthrough technology in mental science has enable scientists and researchers to come out with brainwave entrainment program where it quite the mind effortlessly and leads it into just any level that you desire. One of the best brainwave program available today is Quantum Mind Power the “Morry Method” and you can read a comprehensive critical review at Quantum Mind Power Review.
Mind Mapping to Boast Your Creativity

One of the tools that you can use to boast the level of your creativity is mind mapping. Mind mapping is a concept that introduced by Tony Buzan (he is also known as the father of ‘Mind Mapping’).
So, what is mind map?
According to Michael Michalko, the writer of Cracking Creativity, “A Mind Map is ‘the whole-brain alternative’ to linear thinking. It reaches out in all directions and catches thoughts from any angle.” Thus, it leaves nothing out when brainstorming for ideas.
Basically, a mind map is an overview of a subject with branches that branching out from the center or the core (subject), explaining or detailing the whole thing on a single view. It uses lots of color, drawings and phrases that no more than two words, to stimulate creativity and memorizing capability.
By using a mind map, all you need to do is just look at a single Read more
The Process of the Subconscious

Subconscious Process
Subconscious Process – As we allow negative or positive thoughts into our mind, they are stored in the brain. What we have most recently thought is in the conscious section (1).
As we continue to have thoughts, eventually the older thoughts in section 1 are pushed into the subconscious, specifically to the front of the warehouse or RAM section (A). To make room for these thoughts, the older thoughts already in RAM are then pushed into Cold Storage (B).
To access RAM thoughts, you need only have the desire to do so, and the thoughts are automatically again in the conscious section of your brain (1) for use. Access is almost immediately. The slight delay is negligible.
To access Cold Storage (B) thoughts, however, is more difficult. It takes a key to open the door. Deja Vu is an example of a key. Reminiscing with an old friend will bring up memories (thoughts) you haven’t remembered for ages. How many times have you thought or said, “It’s on the tip of my tongue,” yet you never quite bring a thought to the forefront? This is an example of a key to the Cold Storage area of your brain — sometimes, the key is strong enough to open the door; sometimes, it isn’t.
As negative energy builds, your thoughts, speech and actions become more negative more often in direct proportion with the negative energy inside you, as well as the negative energy surrounding you. As your negative thoughts grow, they push the positive thoughts (you used to have) into the RAM portion of the warehouse. Eventually, they’re at the back of Cold Storage.
What does this do to your thoughts and internal energy?
It attracts more of the same. Eventually, any positive thoughts are long forgotten, and you seldom find a key to unlock their door. This is the effect of negative thinking, which is far reaching into your future — unless you stop it right here, right now.
To stop this snowball effect, you must change what’s inside you to positive. As you can see from the graphic, the only way to change what’s already there (negative) is to replace it with positive thoughts. You must avoid all thoughts that weaken you (negative).
To do this:
- You must become aware of your thoughts. The more you pay attention to your thoughts, the more you’ll become aware of them. Eventually, you’ll be able to stop such thoughts in your mind, before they become speech or actions.
- Each time you catch yourself thinking something negative, stop and mentally distance yourself from the thought. Why are you thinking this way?
- Replace, it with a positive thoughts.
Subconscious Mind: How It Works?

How Your Subconscious Works
Recently, I was having a discussion with my fellow friends through a private forum on the internet, and I found out that some of them do not really understand the concept of subconscious fully.
The subconscious mind is a second mind that hidden within you. Hidden here does not mean that you can’t find your mind; it just literally means that, you almost never have an immediate access to it, which unlike the conscious mind (the mind that you are reading this now). One thing that must be made clear here is your mind is not your brain. The brain is a tool that you use to think and function, while the mind is the software for that tool. So that’s also means that you can’t find both minds in any parts of your body, because they are not in the physical domain.
The subconscious mind interprets ideas or thought that hold within your conscious mind. Whatever that you think, visualize or imagine will impress upon your subconscious, which then it will act on it. The function of the subconscious mind is to attract or create the circumstances and situations that match within you. In order words, your experience is just an output of your mind, the world within you. Images from the mind equals to your physical experience. That’s why you need to always think positively and constructively.
Your conscious and subconscious mind is actually a very great team; they work hand-in-hand in creating your reality. Let’s us use an analogy. The subconscious is like the fertile soil where every seed that you plant on it, it will accept without questions. The more that you nurture it, the greater it becomes. Thoughts are the seed that you plant on the soil of your subconscious, what you think consistently forms your belief system and manifests as your reality. You reap what you sow and that’s the law.
You conscious mind on the other hand is like the gardener. It is your responsibility to choose whatever that you want to have in your inner garden; crops or weeds. So choose wisely because what you plant becomes your life and reality. Allow only positive and good seeds to enter the inner garden of your subconscious.
Charles Haanel, the author of ‘The Master Key System’ called the conscious mind as the ‘guard at the door’. If the guard dozes off, what do you think would happen? Negativities creep in! Read more
The Shocking Truth About Action!
August 1, 2009 | Leave a Comment
One of the famous quotes that Einstein has ever spoken is “Nothing happens until something move.”
The meaning that this quote trying to bring is quite simple, but yet it holds a deeper meaning that most of us could have missed. In the modern society that we are living now, it is quite noticeable that action is the key to everything. Indeed, it is religiously practiced everywhere because without action, there will certainly be no results.
Few years ago, Dr. Robert Anthony has come out with a report (The Shocking Truth About Action - right click and save target as…) about action and in which he says,
“Most people believe that the doing, or action part, is what makes things happen. However, this belief causes you to create in reverse.”
I was shocked reading this statement because action is the key to everything and what he said defies logic; how could action lead to creation in reverse. That’s just unacceptable and science wouldn’t agree on that.
Besides, Tony Robbins, my favorite coach always says, “Take massive action!” He couldn’t be wrong.
I believe that Tony Robbins is right, but not all people get it right.
The Process of Creation
Every creation process starts from the mind. You have to think about something before you move on to act on it. Below is the sequence of the creation process that I believe that you have seen it, particular in the movie, “The Secret”.
Thoughts > Feelings > Action >Results
Most people believe that action is the key that leads to creation but that’s just partially correct. Well, action indeed produces a result, but that doesn’t mean it will produce the result that you always want. The problem with this is we are so preoccupied with doing. It supposed to be nothing wrong with that but…. Read more
